3D Model of a Custom Design Fork in STEP and STL

I need an artist who can make a 3D model of a custom design fork in STEP and STL files for prototype and manufacturing. I will provide drawings as well as a clay model of an approximate design. An artist should be able to have creative skills to complete the project in SolidWorks.
