I'm seeking a skilled 3D artist to create detailed models based on provided photos, dimensions, and references. The focus will primarily be on furniture, appliances, boxes, and various parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create meshes based on technical specifications
- UV unwrap and texture models
- Modify models as per feedback
- Optimize and stage scenes
- Pack models for delivery according to requests
- Ensure timely delivery via platform or Google Drive

Ideal Skills:
- Mastery in 3Ds Max, Vray, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Substance Designer, Rizom UV, and Marvelous
- Strong understanding of PBR
- Independent, proactive, organized with strong analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in English
