3D Model Creation from Image for Printing

I need a medium-detail STL file created from a picture. The 3D model will be used for decorative purposes. It will be printed using PLA, so the design needs to be compatible with it.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience in converting 2D images into 3D models
- Understanding of 3D printing processes and materials, particularly PLA
