3D Model Creation for Terraced Houses

I'm seeking a skilled 3D model designer to create plans for a small building project consisting of 4 terraced houses. The 3D model will primarily be used for visualization purposes to present the architectural design, as well as to showcase the surrounding landscape.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in architecture and 3D modeling, with experience in creating detailed models that include both exterior and interior layouts. The model should effectively highlight key architectural design elements as well as the landscaping and surroundings.
