3D Model Creation & Animation for a Mechanical floating wave energy harness device

I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to create and animate a detailed model of a mechanical mechanism, based on a video of a prototype I will provide.
Key Tasks:
- Create a 3D model that includes functional parts and joints of the mechanism
- Animate the model to demonstrate its operation in the ocean environment (waves moving, unit anchored with columns or moored with anchor on steel cable.
- Deliver the final model in STL format
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Blender)
- Experience in creating and animating mechanical models
- Strong attention to detail to accurately represent the functional parts and joints
