Model a Cloth and Hair for a pre-made Avatar

I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create cloth and hair (low poly) for a pre-made metaverse avatar using Blender/Unity. I will provide the pre-made Avatar just need to cloth and hair be done on the body. Need to keep skinned/rigged and bones for animations.

I need to be done until 09/22

Budget:
- My budget for this project is between $30 and $200.
