I need a demo design package that captures a clean, modern identity for both the inside and outside of my retail shop. Inside, the seating area, checkout counter, and product displays should all follow one cohesive language—sleek lines, efficient circulation, and lighting that accentuates merchandise without feeling clinical. I’m happy to share exact dimensions once the project starts, but feel free to suggest furniture layouts, display heights, and material palettes that keep maintenance practical yet stylish.
The exterior should seamlessly echo this contemporary feel, so propose finishes, signage placement, and façade lighting that tie everything together and invite pedestrians in. If you have ideas on color blocking, façade textures, or subtle branding elements, let’s see them—I’m open as long as the result stays firmly in the modern category.
Deliverables I’d like to review:

• At least two high-quality 3D renders (or sketches) for each interior focus area plus one hero shot of the façade
• Source files in your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or similar) so small tweaks are possible later
