I need a design concept for a mixed-use space. The project includes retail on the ground floor and apartment suites above.
Retail:
- Shops, boutiques, and office spaces
Apartments:
- Rustic and cozy theme. Beach town/craftsman style. There is a place in Huntersville, NC called Birkdale Village I would like elements of that implemented
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in mixed-use developments
- Strong background in rustic and cozy design
- Knowledge of space optimization for retail and residential units
- Ability to integrate modern amenities in a rustic setting
