In the first step, we need comprehensive architectural services for mixed-use products for real estate, commercial buildings et cetera.

Requirements include:
- architectural drawings (DXF, DWG, 3DS, fbx, gsm, ifc, rfa, skp, stl)
- 3D models of all products with dimensions, based on provided pictures
- Integration of VR/AR for immersive experiences

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in commercial architecture including appropriate software (ArchiCad or alike)
- Expertise in 3D modeling software
- Experience with VR/AR technologies
- Attention to detail and accuracy in architectural drawings

In further steps, these models will be included in more content (Website, catalogues etc.) and should mirror our UI/UX design (needs to be developed).
