Mixed-Use Building Architecture Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a skilled architect and renderer to create interior and exterior renderings for a 6000 square foot mixed-use building, including landscape and parking.
Key Requirements:
- Interior and Exterior Renderings: I'm looking for a blend of creative design and practicality.
- Moderate Detail: The renderings should include textures and materials but don't need to be overly detailed. There is a pizza /convenience store and day care Center opening up . Would like generic setup of businesses but fitting the space well. Patio will be covered and made into an outdoor play area for children. Top floor will remain the same as plans except for patio. Would like generic bbq patio setup with a bar .
