Mixed Layout Office CAD Design

I’m kicking off a brand-new office build and need precise CAD drawings that capture a mixed layout—blending collaborative open areas with enclosed workstations. The plan must integrate three key zones I’ve already defined: dedicated conference rooms for formal meetings, relaxed breakout areas for quick huddles, and a welcoming reception that sets the tone the moment visitors walk in.

Please translate these requirements into clear, build-ready CAD files using AutoCAD (or an equivalent professional tool). Accuracy of dimensions and thoughtful space planning are more important to me than flashy rendering; however, if you’re comfortable adding basic 3D or elevations for context, feel free to include them.

Deliverables I expect:
• Scaled 2D floor plan showing all partitions, doors, and circulation paths
• Furniture and fixture layout for the conference, breakout, and reception zones
• Any supporting elevations or sections needed to explain heights, glazing, or special features
• Source DWG files and print-ready PDFs
