Minor 3D Character Model Edit & Change Clothing

I'm seeking a freelancer to make minor adjustments to my 3D character. The head size needs to be reduced, the eyelashes and eyes should be made smaller, and minor alterations to the body parts are required. Additionally, I have the files for the new clothing, which needs to be applied to the character. It's essential to adhere to my client's policy, which includes signing an NDA.
