Project Brief – 4 Storey Residential Building (Approx. 66 m² per floor)
Please find below the general concept and functional requirements for the building. Kindly review and propose a practical layout while considering plumbing efficiency, air-conditioning trunking routes, and overall usability. My preferred style is modern minimalist.

- Land/building footprint: approximately 66 m² per floor
- Total: 4 storeys
- Lift size: 120 cm × 120 cm
- Staircase area: 165 cm × 210 cm
- Please consider efficient vertical alignment of plumbing (toilets/bathrooms) for easier piping and maintenance.
1st Floor – Pet Grooming Shop
- Main function: pet grooming shop
- Include toilet
- Car parking lot at the front
- Parking area should also provide access to lift and staircase leading to upper floors
- Layout should allow good customer circulation and washing areas for pets
2nd Floor – Spa Shop / Flexible Space
- Back area: small spa shop
- Front area: currently undecided; possible uses:
- bedroom
- small coffee shop
- Toilet and bathroom to be separated
3rd Floor – Private Living Area
- Main residence for personal use
- Layout requirements:
- 1 bedroom
- Living room
- Kitchen / dining area
- Bathroom and toilet separated
- If space allows, consider the option for adding a second bedroom
4th Floor – Work / Future Bedroom + Roof Area
- Back area: workroom / office
- Includes separate toilet and bathroom
