I need a clean, minimalist concept for the living room of my 3 BHK flat. The goal is to hand a clear set of drawings and specifications to my carpenter so execution on-site is smooth and error-free.

• Concentrate solely on the living room; the rest of the flat will be tackled later.
• Keep every line, surface and colour pared-back to fit a true minimalist aesthetic—think uncluttered sightlines, restrained materials and functional detailing.
What I expect from you
1. A scaled layout with furniture placement that respects traffic flow.
2. Elevations and joinery drawings my carpenter can read without guesswork.
3. A concise material and hardware schedule (laminates, veneers, fittings, finishes).
4. One round of revisions after I review the first draft.

DWG or PDF for 2-D sheets, plus a simple 3-D view (SketchUp or similar) so everyone visualises the concept the same way.
