I’m refreshing a full apartment and want every space to feel calm, airy, and purposeful. The brief is strictly minimalist—clean lines, restrained colour palettes, and smart storage that keeps surfaces clear. The project covers the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, so the concept needs to flow naturally from one area to the next while allowing each room its own subtle character.

Here’s what I’ll need from you:

• Concept development: an overall mood board and colour/material swatches that capture a cohesive minimalist direction.
• Space planning: scaled layout drawings that maximise natural light and circulation, preferably delivered in AutoCAD or similar.
• Visualisation: high-quality 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent) so I can review furniture placement, lighting, and finishes before committing.
• FF&E suggestions: a curated list of furniture, fixtures, and décor with sourcing links or local alternatives—nothing bulky, nothing ornamental.
• Final pack: printable plans, rendered visuals, and a concise specification sheet so contractors can execute without ambiguity.

I handle purchasing and on-site coordination myself, so clear documentation is crucial. If parts of the proposal can be phased, note that in your response; otherwise, a single hand-off package works fine. Please include samples of past minimalist interiors so I can quickly gauge fit.
