I have a concept that needs to move from sketch to chips on a milling machine. The blank stock comes as non-porous 4 × 8 ft sheets, and the geometry sits in the “moderate detail” range—think pockets, profiles, and a few radius blends rather than ultra-intricate engraving. I need somebody who can both write a clean, efficient program and then run it on the mill to prove everything out.

You’ll start by translating my drawings into tool-paths, selecting appropriate cutters, and choosing feeds and speeds that respect the material’s non-porous nature. Once the G-code is ready, I’ll want to see a quick simulation to confirm there are no crashes or air-cuts. After that, we’ll move to the machine for the first piece, tweak if necessary, and sign off once dimensional checks match the plan.

Deliverables
• Production-ready G-code for a standard 3-axis milling machine
• Verification files or screenshots showing successful simulation
• Cutter list with recommended RPM and feed rates
• A successful first-article run on the mill (remote video proof is fine if travel is an issue)

If you’re comfortable hopping between CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) and the control panel, and you have a solid eye for optimizing cycle time without sacrificing surface finish, this will be a straightforward collaboration.
