Metal Product Design and File Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a highly capable person who can wisely design a sheet metal product for me and produce the associated files. The design would be used for a CNC Plasma application and has a medium level of complexity, including multiple cuts and folds.
Skills and experience needed:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of sheet metal products
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically with DXF and SVG format
- Solid understanding of prototyping
- Ability to separate each part in design and also combine them into one file
Deliverables include:
- DXF files of each part of the sheet metal product
- An overall DXF file of the complete design
What I want is a golf bag stand as in the images attached. a place for 2 golf bags, boxes of balls, tees, shoes. Make it out of 11 gauge metal. Make something different. No more than 45 inches tall. I should be able to send the file to a CNC plasma table and be able to have it cut it out and be able to weld it all together or bend wherever necessary. Im really looking for someone i can consistently go to to have projects like this done and produce the .dxf and SVG files i need to accomplish projects. I want to work with this person consistently on custom designs like wording on individual product that customers are allowed to add their names too. In the attached DXF and SVG file is a example product and how i need the files organized.
The design files should be similar in style and format to the example provided in the uploaded DXF and SVG file. I request to follow the same method of breaking each part out and then combining all of them into one single file.
