Metal Balcony Extension for Living Space

I'm looking for a second opinion on plans to extend my house by building an office on my existing large balcony with the primary goal of increasing my living space and also creating a winter garden/conservatory in a paved area just outside my kitchen as well as a stair access to the balcony from the outside. The extension should be made from glass, concrete and metal, and blend in with the style of the house. It should also incorporate a few additional features: a small bathroom, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and heating.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
-Understanding of the planning laws and their many restriction in Geneva, Switzerland
- Proven experience in balcony or outdoor space extensions
- Proficiency in working with metal
