Meshmixer Ad In Program

We scan peoples heads then 3D print them. . We are looking for someone to design an import application into Meshmixer that would allow us to simply increase the size of a persons eyes between 20-40 %, thus making it easier for us to add detail in the eye once the head has been 3D printed. The process must be simple and take less than 3 minutes to complete.
