Medium-sized 3D Sphere Model in GLB

I am looking for an experienced 3D modeller who can develop a medium-sized 3D sphere model for me in GLB format. Following are the requirements and specific details of the project:
- Creation of a medium-sized outer sphere according to GLB standards.
- An inner sphere, which is half the size of the outer sphere, should be implemented.
- The detail level in the texture of these spheres should be simple. I want them to be clean and basic, without any intricate details.
- The file size should be 3MB at most or even lower
