Medium-Sized Sculpture 3D Modeling

I need a talented 3D modeler to create a medium-sized and moderately complex sculpture. The main purpose of this 3D model is for 3D printing.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in creating medium-sized models: The sculpture I need is of medium size and has moderate complexity.
- 3D Printing: Knowledge of 3D printing is a must, as the model will eventually be printed.

The model should be:
- High-quality: I am looking for a detailed and high-quality final model.
- Ready for 3D printing: The final model should be suitable and optimized for 3D printing.
- I need STL and IPT files

A little bit of adjustment is needed in the image attached which will be shared in chat.
The printing machine available to me can print only 1 ft the total size of the sculpture is 3ft so the model should be modular as well. the model should be empty from the inside I will use this modal is mold.

Ideal Skills:
- 3D modeling: Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or ZBrush software.
- Understanding of 3D printing: Ability to prepare models for 3D printing without losing details or quality.
