Medium House Plan 3D Conversion

I'm seeking a talented 3D artist to convert my medium-sized house plan into a detailed and realistic 3D model. I want the final output to represent not just the shape and structure of the house but also its interior and exterior design details. We would like the 3D model sent back in a file which allows us to change the exterior colors and textures.
