Mediterranean Chalet Resort Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m turning a piece of land into a small, relaxed resort made up of 15 stone-clad chalets arranged around a 3 × 4 m outdoor pool. The layout will mix one- and two-bedroom units; every chalet must include a compact kitchenette, while keeping the overall feel clean, bright and unmistakably Mediterranean.
Here’s what I’m looking to receive:
• A master site plan that shows circulation, landscaping and how the pool integrates with the chalets
• Detailed floor plans for both the one- and two-bedroom configurations
• Exterior elevations and material specifications that highlight the stone finish and Mediterranean detailing
• 3D visualisations (still renders or a short walkthrough) so stakeholders can experience the concept
• Construction-ready drawings and a concise materials schedule for contractor pricing
I’m open to your creative input on window placement, roof style and any subtle touches—private balconies or shaded pergolas, for example—that stay true to the Mediterranean vibe without overcomplicating the build. If you have experience in resort or boutique hospitality projects, even better. Let me know your proposed timeline, the software you’ll work in (Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) and any similar projects you can point me to, and we can get started right away.
