Mechanical 3D CAD for 3D Printing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I require a specialized mechanical design created in 3D CAD format for manufacturing purposes.
Im looking to create a custom plastic disc / lid that will fit mason jars. The design itself is pretty simple, essentially it's just a plastic disc with 3 holes in but needs to fit to a jar correctly to be 100% airtight and leakproof, so just needs to be the correct sizing in terms of the thickness and shape around the edges.
Specifically, the final design should be:
- Optimized for 3D Printing processes
- Suitable for physical production
Ideal skills needed for this project would include:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Solid understanding and experience with mechanical design principles
- Prior experience designing for 3D printing manufacturing processes
