Maya Animation/ Effects task

I've modelled a scene in Maya, you can see the final render attached below. In the scene, there is a spaceship and a repair shop. I'd like the 'Spaceship' to be animated so it fly's behind a building and disappears, I also want some random lights on the building windows to tun on when the spaceship is flying over. I'd like the repair shop shutters to roll up and add some downloadable garage models to place inside. For the spaceship export into maybe After Effects and add jet flames coming out the back while it disappears behind the building. Add camera movement and render out the animation.
