3D Max garden modeling

I need someone to make a garden in 3D Max similar to the one in the picture (but more advanced), u are free to add wathever you want I just need you to follow a script (that I will send you) that requires using some modeling and materials techinques, but other than that you can use what u like and think would look best - thre is no specific design for the garden its just a modeling, texturing excercise. What is important I will provide the house model and you just need to add materials to it however you like, I will also need a quick 'walk' throught the garden animation. I NEED THIS IN 48 hours and the bidget is max 100 USD so please only contact me if you have the skills and are okay with the pay.
