3d Max architectural Modeling G+4floor

I am looking for a skilled 3d Max architectural modeller to help me create a custom and unique design for a G+4 floor building that is more than 5000 sq ft in size. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating Architectural designs.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient in 3d Max software and other related tools
- Ability to work with CAD drawing to create accurate and detailed models
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design
- Excellent communication skills to ensure that the project requirements are met
The project requires the following:
- Creation of detailed 3d models for the exterior and interior of the building
- Use of reference images to ensure that the design is accurate and visually appealing
- Collaboration with the client to ensure that the project meets their expectations
