3D Max Surface Modelling

I am looking for a 3D Max surface modeler who can help me in projects:
In this project I need exactly this model:

Important:
- I do not need the back side of the model to be modeled
- I do not need the bottom to be modeled.
- I do not need textures or materials

I need the model as a 3D Max File.

I would need the model asap so it can start right away.
