3d Max Modelling / Model Optimation

Hi, I need someone who is good in modeling and knows how to clean models from bigger to smaller geometry count. have a bunch of industrial cad models in 3dmax which has unnecessary parts that which you can’t see for visualization but increase the file. For example a door. It is double-walled and have data-intensive parts and seals that cannot be seen in this level of detail. Optimizers destroy the mesh so it would be better to remodel some parts to have much less mesh geometry. But the model should keep visually identical to the original. Just geometries should be lower. I export the meshes for real-time.
