Job Description:
We need your expertise to create a masterplan concept for a high-end residential project. Your focus will be on concept drawings that meet council requirements, emphasizing masterplanning elements without diving into architectural specifics.
Your drawings should align seamlessly with local council regulations, covering setbacks, overshadowing, floor area ratios, landscape ratios, height, roof pitches, and conserving the area's unique character. Additionally, you'll be responsible for producing engaging 3D visualizations to bring your design to life.
Architectural Style:
We're seeking an architect who can craft an architectural style that fits perfectly with the provided Development Control Plans and Local Environmental Plan.
Timeline:
You'll have a flexible 1-2 week timeline to ensure careful attention to detail.
Project Details:
This project involves creating a masterplan for a single house on a spacious 1,423m² land plot with a 0.4:1 floorspace ratio. Compliance with a 50% landscape area, as well as adhering to height and setback regulations, is crucial.
We accept masterplan submissions in SketchUp or AutoCAD.
