Marrakech Multi-purpose Entertainment & Wellness Hub
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D visual artist and architectural designer to help bring our visionary project to life. The project is set on a 1-hectare plot of land and involves a multi-purpose entertainment and wellness destination based in Marrakech, Morocco. The deliverables will be used for investor presentations, municipal planning submissions, and promotional materials.
Key Objectives:
• Develop a master architectural site plan for the 1-hectare land
• Create a high-quality 3D visual model and renders (day & night)
• Deliver a walkthrough animation and/or flythrough (preferred but optional)
• Ensure the design is aesthetically striking, culturally respectful, and logistically functional
Site Composition Requirements:
Please incorporate the following features into the master plan and 3D model:
1. Sports & Fitness Zones
• Trampoline Park (One of the largest indoor space on site)
• Five (5) Padel Courts with:
- Locker rooms & changing area
- Padel retail shop for equipment, apparel, and rentals
- Game-watching lounge & adult café
- Game analysis zone (for video playback/coaching)
-Second Floor (opposite the padel courts):
- Two flexible group class studios (Yoga, HIIT, Pilates Reformer, Sound Healing, etc.)
- One private treatment room for advanced body/facial therapies

a. Large Indoor Arcade with:
- Distinct play zones for toddlers, teens, and adults
- Dedicated VR/AR arena and Laser Maze Room
b. Baby & Toddler Soft Play Area Includes a space for motor & sensory development classes. Focus on physical and mental endurance
