Manufacturing Facility Layout Design

I need an industrial engineer who can translate our heavy-machinery production process into an efficient floor plan and a clear 3-D model. The assignment covers the full facility, but three zones must be treated as non-negotiable focal points:

• Assembly line
• Storage area
• Quality control area

Starting from any data I supply—process sheets, equipment footprints, through-put targets—I’d like you to map every machine, aisle, and support function so that material flow is smooth, crane routes are conflict-free, and future expansion remains possible. A 2-D drawing (AutoCAD, DWG or equivalent) should capture dimensions, utilities, and safety clearances, while a 3-D model (SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) will help us review ergonomics and overhead services.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Scaled 2-D layout in PDF and source file
2. Full 3-D model with layered elements (equipment, structure, MEP)
3. Short design brief explaining key decisions and suggested improvements
