Manipulate CT/DICOM model

I have a CT scan of a dog in DICOM format and also an exported STL model of the same. The dog has the jaw slightly open in the scan and I need someone to create a model based on this data that would show how the teeth would align if the mouth was fully closed.
That means creating a 3D model first and then manipulating the lower jaw to the closed position. I would provide photos to help with the alignment.
