Making a virtual 3d tour for a house

I want the interior of the house to be toured in 3D. Like Matterport (https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=4LpRYXuuQgs&play=1). But matterport looks a bit like google street view. It should be visited without teleportation effect. It should be like a 3d video but should be allowed to roam.

That's no matter using a laser scanner or a mobile application.
