Make a project of a warehouse garden/ builders market on a given plot (we may need to move the whole project on the plot 2 or 3 times -before rendering) and 2-3 exterior renderings on drone fotos

at first we need the 2 D Drawing and get along with the client about the exact position- this may need 2-3 changes of positions. Then we need the finished 2 D and 2-3 exterior Renderings with the whole building on the inserted in the drone pictures. -we may also need photovoltaik on the roof. what we defiantly need is parking spaces, outside area and so on- and green grass on the rederings including bushes in green.
it have to look good, because we need it to get a first approval from the muncipality.
