Make me a farm park map based on google satelite image

hi, i want to turn my family farm into a farm zoo/petting park, need a desginer to draw me a map with cute images, the base for the design would be using the google sattelite images, i would need to have a chat with the designer to explain how/what/where,
simple job to begin with almost like a sketch as part of 1st draught business plan, later on much more detail to be added, possibly 3d mapping etc but first draught job, looking for quick, cheap and chearful
