Made 3D Graphic for CNC Die Design and 3D Printing

I need a 3D Graphic model made that will be used for making a Die and 3D print.
I prefer the graphic is made using either 3ds.max or Blender and I will need a 3D Graphic and convert the files to .step files for cnc work and .stl files for 3D printing.
I will share my graphic design idea with the successful bidder.
I would like daily screen shot progress updates and files that I can check the quality of the designs , so I can add any direction input if needed.
You must sign my MNDA before I can share any samples of exactly what I need made.
I will own the copyright to all the images, 3D graphics, drawings, files, programs, animations, text, lists, menu's, files, rendered files, native files.
I will own the copyrights to the native files, source files, drawings, rendered files, 3D Graphics, and completed files.
You will send me all the full drawings, program files, all file types, native files, original works, and completed rendered works when completed.
I will release the full milestone when the work is completed, tested, and accepted by me.
I do not pay any milestones until the work is completed, all files delivered, tested, and accepted by me.
If your work is High Quality and exactly what I need I would be interested in considering you for Future projects.
