3D MODELING FOR A GAS STATION

On an empty plot of land, we would like to construct a gas station.
Please find attached a 2D diagram, with the dimensions and the views, for your ease of reference.
We need a 3D MODEL to visualize the 1) Gas Station and the 2) Cafeteria.
The 3D MODEL needs to be accurate in terms of dimensions, as we will use it to present how the final construction will look alike.
We have also attached a picture of how we would like the Coffee Shop to be presented (colours, views etc).
