Low poly 3d map with grid

Hi, im looking for a designer to design a 3d map with grid.
The design will be low poly and will show a land and a few stores / building on it.
The section on the website talks about a market / museum on the metaverse, each building on the map is essentially an NFT store, which can sell the NFT as jpeg, 3d statue or other, need to show it on the design.
As mentioned in the example picture added, on the building there will be an ad, that will show the ability of land owners to rent their space for ads.
The design should be pretty minimal overall, base floor can be green grass and some shops will maybe upgrade their floor, some shops will occupy more then 1 plot and some will fit 2-3 or more.
The overall style should look pretty futuristic and cool with some led lights and modern design.
