Low Poly Environment Model FBX to Unity
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a low poly environment model converted from FBX to Unity. The asset should be optimized for performance and suitable for use in a game without compromising visual quality. A normal map texture is required for the model to enhance details without adding additional geometry.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya)
- Experience with FBX and Unity
- Ability to create and apply normal maps
- Understanding of low poly modeling techniques
- Game development experience (preferred)
1- keep in mind, not all the materials will work on unity as they are in the 3d editor, It's recommended to use unity materials only or no materials at all.
2- no one face is allowed, unity render only one direction for each face, if he created a wall made out of one face only, it will be visible from one side only in unity.
3- no multiple vertices on the same spot, unity renders by vertices, too many duplicated vertices will slow the app for no reason, and no duplicated faces, they add up to the unity light calculation slowing the app down and effecting the light quality.
4- setting up the face's normal direction is important for unity, unity use the normal direction for multiple things, but mainly for rendering.
5- unity have a limit on how many real time lights can effect an object, if the modeler merged everything into one objects I won't be able to add more than 8 lights in the whole factory, also unity uses "occlusion culling" which reduce the number of objects rendered at a time if they are off the camera view, so it's really important for the modeler to cut everything into multiple smaller objects instead of one big object.
Minor edit and update will be there dependong on the progress.
Current combined file size is 1.04gb and parts of the file are roughly around 400mb to 500mb.

You should work on my pc only, using Anydesk.
