Low-Detail 3D Outdoor Modeling

I'm seeking an experienced 3D modeler proficient in 3D Max who can swiftly produce low-detail models of buildings, landscapes, and furniture for an outdoor project. However, while we're aiming for low-detail models, it's important that ideal candidates can still achieve a sense of realism through effective use of physically based rendering.
