The design should include the whole township lay out, simplified, easy to understand, 3d township view, 3d unit views, main sewer pipeline to sewer riticulation, solar street lights, gravel streets, central solar power control [ All solar power from the various units will be collected and distributed among th unit that need it. Excess power will be send into the national grid]. Every unit to act as a small solar plant.

Central gas plant or storage with pipes lines feeding the gas stoves in the houses, the roof should entirely solar, the solar from there is used by the house, if not used it is fed into the national grid.
