Looking into a 3D Sculptor/Modeler to be commissioned for the head of the Penn State (PSU) Nittany Lion Mascot

Reference art portrays the most recent era for the PSU Mascot. This job would not only be the first job for a potentially growing startup, which would inevitably lead to more business. The PSU Alumni Association is large, and I am a former graduate and current Supply Chain Specialist who has elected to take on the design efforts for a sellable Action Figure for Penn State's 24 Bookstores and all respective Penn State gift shops. This is an exceptional opportunity for long term expansion to more USA Universities, as well as portfolio and platform enhancements for the artist/modeler! The mascot is not overtly challenging and should be easily morphed from an existing lion or animal. Desired formats (STL. OBJ etc.) to be determined as Injection Molding companies are being networked with currently, for mold pricing estimates. This will be for the head only and will require a socket connection under the neck for adaptation to a japanese made action figure base model - dimensions TBS. Again, ONLY the Nittany Lion head will need to be designed in 3D for injection molding purposes. Med to high poly resolution, though likely needed in a few resolutions so 3D printing can be utilized for prototypes. Thank you for your consideration!
