Looking for a 3D modelling expert

I am looking to hire a designer to do a 3D rendering for 3D printing, STL file needed to achieve my end goal. I have sketches and measurements in order to produce the 3D render. The sketches are of a shoe overlay that will need to be in 2 pieces which can be attached via snap fitting method. In additon, the render must include 3mm holes as instructed in the drawings attached. The 3D render walls are to be 6mm thickness and if possible add smooth finishing on the edges especially by the ankle.
