Looking for architectural drawing as well as 3D modeling

I have reference of a private house , in form of photographs, similar to which I want to construct on my land. I want that reference to put in a detailed technical drawing ( lay out and such ) as well as 3D model for primary two reasons 1. to see if that suits my parcel of land and 2) to figure out cost of construction. If it is prohibitive I would attempt some other design . Person has to be Mumbai based so to attempt one in-person meeting. Rest can be online. I would require sample of past similar work and quotation
