Looking for CAD/CAM Expert
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m moving a new concept toward its first physical prototype and need a CAD/CAM specialist to turn my rough sketches and dimensions into fully engineered files. The end goal is a set of digital assets that can go straight into rapid-prototyping—STEP or STL for 3-D printing, plus any 2-D drawings or tool-paths required for machining.
You’ll have freedom to choose the platform you’re most efficient with—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, Mastercam, or an equivalent—as long as the output is clean, dimensionally accurate, and ready for fabrication. If minor design tweaks are needed to improve manufacturability, I’m open to your suggestions.
Deliverables
• Parametric 3-D model of the part/assembly
• Associated 2-D drawings with critical dimensions and tolerances
• CAM setup files or G-code suitable for the prototype process we agree on
Acceptance will be based on the model opening flawlessly in my software, dimensions matching the supplied spec, and tool-paths simulating without collisions.
