2D Logo to 3D Model

I'm looking for a freelancer to convert a 2D business logo into a 3D file format suitable for cutting and milling out of steel plate. The logo is currently available in SVG, EPS, and other picture formats.

Requirements:
- 3D file format: STP or STEP (or both)
- Basic outline only
- Maintain original proportions
- Shape modifications are needed

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience with industrial design or fabrication
- Attention to detail for shape modifications
