Lightweight Custom Flip-Up Sunglasses

I'm seeking a skilled designer and manufacturer to create a pair of custom sunglasses.

Key Requirements:
- Independent flip-up functionality for each lens
- Lightweight design and decent contact area for nose: please avoid "pinching" interface at nose
- Lenses not tinted so dark as to be impractical
- Plastic frame preferred unless lightweight can be achieved better via another material
- Eye protection from UV

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in eyewear design
- Knowledge of lightweight materials and mechanisms
- Adequate know-how for ensuring UV protective lenses
