Lifelike Character Design.

I am looking for a talented 3D character designer to design me a lifelike character based on the reference photos below. I need this character made from head to toe and fully rigged. Looking for artists especially experienced in the software blender. I need multiple characters over the course of a couple of months. However, this project will only require one character to be made, but if the quality is truly remarkable, I will be using the same designer for all the character models I need to be made. Thank you!
