Lego-Style Simple Plastic Action Figures

I'm seeking a designer to create simple, plastic, lego-like action figures for me. These figures should be reminiscent of LILLABO or vintage Fisher-Price Little People in terms of shape and articulation; we have a specific set of design and shape constraints that will become obvious when we discuss the project.
Key Requirements:
- Design LEGO-style painted art assets for simple, durable, plastic action figures
- Use a LILLABO/vintage Fisher-price little people style for the design (with input from creator)
- Figurines *not* articulated
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in designing four or sixteen color designs that would be at home on a medieval LEGO adventurer set
- Basic familiarity in 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of plastic toy design
